Sign up with your address and trash day. We roll your cans to the curb before pickup and bring them back afterward, every week. You'll get a text and photo each time so you know it's done.
What time do you put the cans out and bring them back?
We put them out the evening before or early on pickup morning, depending on your neighborhood's schedule. We bring them back the same day after collection, usually by [time, e.g., evening].
What if I forget to tell you about a schedule change?
No problem. Just text us at [your number] and we'll adjust. We also watch for holiday schedule shifts and will message you ahead of time.
What happens on holiday weeks?
Pickup days sometimes shift after major holidays. We track the local schedule and text you a heads-up so your cans still go out on the right day.
How much does it cost?
Our plans start at $25/month for weekly curb service, with no contracts and no hidden fees.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. Text or email us and we'll stop service at the end of your billing period, with no penalty.
Do I need to be home?
No. As long as your cans are in an accessible spot, like your garage, side yard, or driveway, you don't need to be there.
What if my cans are in a locked garage or behind a gate?
Just give us the gate code or a spot to access them when you sign up. We keep that information private and use it only for your service.
What if you miss a pickup or something goes wrong?
Contact us right away and we'll make it right. If we miss a service day, we'll come and take your trash away ourselves.
What if a can gets damaged?
We're fully insured and treat your property with care. If something is damaged on our watch, let us know and we'll resolve it.
What if a can gets damaged?
Absolutely. Many of our customers are adult children setting up service for a parent. Just provide their address and we'll send confirmation photos to you as well, if you'd like.
How do I pay?
Pay securely online by card or through Stripe. You'll be billed monthly.
